PAYMENT POLICY
*$500 Deposit is due by September 30, 2023 in order to hold booth space.
*After September 30, the $500 deposit is required to reserve booth space
*Full payment is required by March 31, 2024
*Beginning April 1, 2024, full payment due when reserving booth space
CANCELLATION POLICY
*All cancellations must be received by email to lerash@texaschemistry.org
*Through December 31, 2023 - 75% refund of what's been paid
*January 1 - March 31, 2024 - 50% refund of what's been paid
*Beginning April 1, 2024 - No refund

EXHIBITOR BADGE REGISTRATION
*Exhibitors must register for their booth badges separately and should not register under attendee registration.
*Exhibitors will either be sent a separate link or code to register their booth staff and must register for the two complimentary badges with your booth. Additional badges will be available for purchase at a discount rate.
