Exhibitor Booth Reservations are officially open for the 2027 EHS Seminar & Industry Tradeshow.  This is your chance to secure prime real estate before the floor fills up!  

Each year, hundreds of safety professionals, industry leaders, and decision-makers gather to share best practices and explore the latest products, innovations, and solutions for the petrochemical industry.

2027 BOOTH RATES

*A password is required to access the Member Rates.  Please contact langston@texaschemistry.org for membership verification.  LCIA members in good standing are eligible for our member rate.   All 2027 Annual Member Dues must be paid in full by February 27 to ensure the member booth rate.  If you are not a member and would like to become one, you can click HERE for more information.

These emails falsely claim to offer contact or attendee lists for sale from the EHS Seminar & Industry Tradeshow. Please do not engage with these messages—block and delete them immediately. Unfortunately, we have no control over these spam 'bots'. Please know that our membership and attendee lists are not for sale.

PAYMENT POLICY

*$500 Deposit is due by September 30, 2025  in order to hold booth space.  
*After September 30, the $500 deposit is required to reserve booth space
*Full payment is required by March 31, 2026
*Beginning April 1, 2026, full payment due when reserving booth space

CANCELLATION POLICY

*All cancellations must be received by email to langston@texaschemistry.org
*Through December 31, 2026 - 75% refund of what's been paid
*January 1 - March 31, 2027 - 50% refund of what's been paid
*Beginning April 1, 2027 - No refund

EXHIBITOR BADGE REGISTRATION

Exhibitors must register for booth badges separately and should not use the attendee registration form.  Discounted exhibitor pricing will be available for exhibitors who wish to purchase additional full-conference badges for $1100.  Exhibit Hall-Only passes will be available for $350  ($450 beginning April 1).  Exhibit Hall-Only passes do not include our keynote luncheons (ticket will be available for purchase through May 15 once registration opens.  The exhibitor registration link and password will be emailed in February 2027.   No refund for exhibitor badge registrations beginning May 1.
