The Free Enterprise Political Action Committee (FREEPAC) is the political action committee of the Texas Chemistry Council and the Texas Chemistry Alliance.
Why Contribute to FREEPAC?
The purpose of FREEPAC is to support candidates for public office who promote the economic vitality of the Texas chemical industry and the free enterprise system. FREEPAC aims to increase the influence of the chemical industry by encouraging those working in our industry to take an active role in Texas government.
Who Contributes to FREEPAC?
FREEPAC is supported by individuals who work for TCC and TCA member companies. Contributions come from individuals like you who understand the importance of electing candidates to public office who value the Texas chemical industry, and who will ensure Texas continues to foster a strong business climate for our industry.
State law prohibits corporate contributions to candidates or political action committees such as FREEPAC. Therefore, all contributions to FREEPAC must be personal contributions or from other political action committees.
